Whether it is Tom Ford, Prada or American Apparel, most serious fashion brands have come under scrutiny intended for releasing adverts that were too arguable and ultimately banned.
Most recently, one particular Advertising Standards Agency (ASA) lambasted a Miu Miu advert that looked in Vogue and starred 22-year-old process Mia Goth.
The double-page plan featured Shia LaBeouf's girlfriend setting on the edge of a bed using sexually suggestive pose.
A revue reader complained Goth looked like a kid dressed as an adult and thus, thought to be the advert was inappropriate.

The watchdog agreed and told me the image "presented a child in a sexualised way", adding it was "irresponsible but also was likely to cause serious offence". The advert was subsequently frozen.

In The month of january, the US clothing company faced the right backlash from the UK ad watchdog following complaints about the image of a process advertising underwear on its US online store.
Some claimed the process was too skinny and added her thigh gap was too big. The ASA concluded that "using the right noticeably underweight model was vulnerable to impress upon that audience the fact that image was representative of the people that also might wear Urban Outfitters' , the burkha, and as being something to aim to".
The image was soon placed back to where it was after the ruling.

In April, Cara Delevingne accounted for in hot water – excuse the juga – when an advert of her undressed in a bath was banned by being within 100m of educational instituations in the UK.
Complaints were made after a quite large billboard of the advert was set up on Brick Lane in eastern London.
Although many called for the classified ads to be banned entirely, the AGARRADERO said it simply needed to be positioned off schools.
Explaining its decision, one particular board said: "Whilst they [Tom Ford] accepted the process was nude... they believe neither the woman pose nor facial expression acquired been sexually suggestive and were traditional in nature, and had been represented in art. "

Some may still regard actress Dakota Fanning as a child celeb but she was seen in a full new light in the fashion brand's 2011 advert.
In the campaign, film production company star, who was just 17 at the time you, could be seen with a bottle using the Lola perfume positioned between the woman legs.
The ASA concluded one particular advert portrayed the youngster using "sexualised manner", adding: "We looked into that the length of her dress, the woman leg and position of the parfum bottle drew attention to her sexuality and fertility. "

Completely, Australia's Advertising Standards Bureau looked at the fashion label's jeans campaign showcasing Lara Stone and a group of a guy models was "suggestive of physical violence and rape".
The ASB quarreled: "The board considered that the visual was demeaning to women in suggesting that she is a toy of these men. It also demeans most people by implying sexualised violence vs . women. "

A 2010 classified ads for the makeup brand's mascara showcasing model Georgia May Jagger was basically heavily criticised as it was revealed falsify eyelashes had been applied to portray the right fuller effect. Small print on the plans read: "Shot with lash inserts. "
The ASA's conclusion? Which stated: "Because we considered the fact that use of different-length lash inserts put to use on the eyelash area was vulnerable to distort the visual representation using the effect achievable from the use of the option alone, we concluded the images throughout ad were misleading. "
The particular latest scandal, the fashion brand was the target of fire in 2011 for an advert discussing Oscar-nominated actress Hailee Steinfeld, who had been then 14, in a dangerous case.
